KAMPALA CITY TOUR (1 DAY)
A half day tour and the package will include the services
of an English-speaking driver/guide, Uganda museum, National
theatre, craft center, Owino market, Kasubi Tombs the place
where the Baganda bury their kings, Namugongo shrines the
place where Kabaka Mwanga martyred the Christians in 1886,
the Kabaka's lake, Kibuli mosque, Bahai temple, Namirembe
cathedral, Makerere University Sports Grounds and other areas
of cultural interest.

ENTEBBE TOUR: (1 DAY)
Take a boat ride to Ngamba Island located on Lake Victoria
and spend time with the chimps. These amazing cousins to man
were rescued from captivity and set free to roam this island,
just an hour away from Entebbe by speedboat. You get there
in time to see the chimps being fed. You can also swim or
go kayaking as long as you avoid the hippos!! This trip is
characterized with lots of fun!! While still in Entebbe you
may visit Entebbe Zoo where you will see chimps, rhinos and
many bird species. Overnight at your lodge Kampala or in Entebbe.
Note: This trip is better to do it at the end of your tour.

JINJA TOWN TOUR. (2 DAYS)
Jinja was previously the industrial capital of Uganda.
It is the best known for the source of the Nile and now sub
merged Rippon Falls. Owen Falls Dam is located just down stream
from the source of its 4000-mile journey to the Mediterranean
from Lake Victoria. Join us to see the source of the Nile
and the surrounding environment, depart from Kampala, heading
east to Jinja passing coffee, tea, sugar plantations and colorful
road side fruit /vegetable markets. Stop at Mabira Forest
to see primates, birds and butterflies and on to the Owen
Falls Dam and the submerged source of the Nile. Spend the
afternoon relaxing at Bujagali falls where several rapids
are situated close together. Activities include white water
rafting and flat water canoeingtotally different experiences
one should really not miss. You will enjoy the quiet of the
water and know the quiet times of the day. Over night at your
lodge.

SIPI
FALLS (3 DAYS)
Sipi
Falls is one of the most beautiful and romantic places in
the whole of Uganda. Sipi Falls Rest Camp over looking Uganda's
most romantic and beautiful waterfall, is the perfect place
to relax and explore foothills of mount Elgon. The camp with
its thatched cottages, is built around a tiny Governors retreat,
overlooking the Kalamajongo plains. Go for rambles, climb
Mount Elgon, or do nothing. This package is best for two 2
nights 3 days over night at a local lodge.

LAKE MBURO NATIONAL PARK : 2 NIGHTS 3 DAYS SAFARI
The park is situated in Mbarara district3.5 hours drive
from Kampala. At 260sq.km this is the smallest of the Uganda's
savannah national parks It is famous for its richness in biodiversity.
It has 68 species of mammals, The common ones are Zebra, Impala,
Buffalo, Tops, Elands and Leopard to mention but a few. The
park also has about 313 different species of birds including
the rare Shoebill Stork. The woodly vegetation of Lake Mburo
national park is dominated by Acacia spp, Olea spp and Boscia
spp . The packages include a boat trip on Lake Mburo, game
drives [sightseeing] nature walk, accommodation, food, park
entrances and transportation. Note Lake Mburo is the closest
national park to Kampala and offers a refreshing stopover
when traveling to or from the western parks and reserves.
Accommodation at Ronyo camp, Mantana luxury tented camp or
you, if you prefer, outside the park but this is not the best
idea as it may cause delays to some activities.

QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK : 2 NIGHTS 3 DAYS SAFARI
Established in 1952, Queen Elizabeth is one of Uganda's
oldest parks. It borders Lakes Edward and George that are
connected by the Kazinga Channel. The park is divided into
3 sectors, that all seem to be totally different in the their
eco-systems of grassy plains, tropical forest, rivers, swamps,
lakes and volcanic-craters.
At
Mweya, the parks headquarters there are several activities
available including boat trips on Kazinga Channel where you
would be sure to see lots of hippos, crocodiles, elephant's
and many kinds of bird species. For game drives the best time
to start is at 0630am or in the evening between 04:00pm and
07:00pm. There is a high chance of seeing lions hunting.

ISHASHA-SECTOR : (2 DAYS)
The area is unique and best known for its tree-climbing lions.
Sightseeing in this area is a lot of fun!! Most of the time
you try to focus your eyes on the fig trees, trying to find
lions, unlike the northern sector where you focus on the ground.
Other animals seen are Topis, buffalos and elephants. Ishasha
has good campsites. NOTE: this area is best for one night.

IMARAMAGAMBO SECTOR : (1 DAY)
IThis is one-hour drive from Mweya .The area is famous of
its historic sites like the bat-cave. This cave is occupied
by over a million bats, which have attracted snakes like the
African pythonand cobras that stay quietly in this cave feeding
off the bats! Please do not fear visiting the site because
of snakes, as the guides are excellent and give a full briefing
before the walk. Another interesting place to visit is the
Blue Lake. You may get confused why the small lake is called
blue .A lot of theories has been put forward by tourists,
please come and add your own theory.

KYAMBURA RIVER GORGE : (1 DAY)
Is one hour drive from Mweya .It is located in Chambura Game
Reserve which is the eastern sector of Queen Elizabeth National
Park. The gorge is unique because of its nature and historical
and geographical features .The gorge is 100m deep and 16 kms
length, the activities are mostly chimpanzee tracking, however
there are a lot of other attractions to see e.g. many animals,
birds and other five members of the primates including white
and black coloubus monkeys red tailed monkeys and blue monkeys.
An extra night is recommended for each of :viewing Kyambura
Gorge primates, the Maramagambo Forest walk, Ishasha's tree
climbing lions and bird watching. Please notify us in advance
to plan your detailed itinerary. Queen Elizabeth has a lot
of accommodation choices but Mweya Safari Lodge stands at
the top.

MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK : 2 NIGHTS 3 DAYS SAFARIS
Is
Uganda's biggest national park At approximately 3840 km sq
it has a lot of game to see and activities to offer. The is
a wide range of accommodation. Para Sambiyia and Nile Safari
Camp are four star lodges with excellent service. Budget accomodation

LAUNCH TRIPS ON THE NILE
One of the highlights of the park is the launch trip from
Paara to the foot of the Murchison Falls hippos, crocodile
are abundant and you will see birds like herons, cormorants,
bee-eaters, fish anglers, kingfisher, and the rare shoebill
stork.
Sport
fishing - Nile Perch and Tiger Fish provide an exciting challenge
to anglers fishing is available above and below the falls.

TOP
OF THE FALLS
Trails around the top go right up to the waters edge. You
have the opportunity to hike to the top of the falls from
the boat to get close to the narrow gorge though which the
river plunges. Top of the falls is best for picnics and viewing
many bird species. An extra night is recommended for chimpanzee
tracking in Kaniyo and Pabidi or Rabongo forest.

PLANNED-ITINERARY
DAY 1 : After arrival at the Entebbe airport you
will be welcomed by a representative from African Greenwich
Safaris Ltd who will then transfer you to your lodge as per
confirmed itinerary.
DAY
2 : 08; 00 am Proceed to Murchison Falls National
Park, via Masindi arriving in time for a picnic lunch at the
spectacularly situated site at the top of the falls where
you can view the Nile. From nearly one km wide the river is
squeezed through a 7 meter wide canyon to drop150 meters with
a thunderous roar, creating a beautiful rainbow. Enjoy the
sunset as you return to Paraa Lodge, Nile Safari Lodge or
Sambiya River Lodge.
DAY
3 : 06:30 A.M. Have an early breakfast, depart for a game
drive, a guide will help you to spot elephants, giraffes,
lions, hart beast water buck and cape buffalos. After your
game drive, drive back to your lodge for lunch relax a bit
while preparing for the afternoon boat cruise on the Victoria
Nile up stream to the base of the falls, be sure to see hippos,
crocodiles, bird species like goliath hero, Egyptian goose
and many others. After the boat ride you may go for a short
game drive.
DAY
4 : 09:30AM. After break fast, drive to Fort Portal heading
for chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest National Park, lunch
and dinner at Ndali, Rwenzori View Guest house or C.V.K lodge.
Full board.
DAY
5 : 06:30 AM Drive to Kibale National Park for chimp walk,
As you track the chimps you may also see red colobus, grey
-cheeked mangabey, white and black colobuses The guides will
provide fully detailed explanations, not only on primates
but also on all the forests fauna and flora and will asure
that, your walk is both informative and enjoyable. After chimp
tracking proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park enjoying
an evening game drive as you enter the park. Dinner and over
night at Mweya Safari Lodge or Institute of Ecology Hostel.
DAY
6 : 06:30AM After early morning breakfast go for a game
drive; your guide will help you to spot lions, elephants,
and Uganda kob. Ther is beautiful scenery to photograph including
crater lakesand other volcanic features. Queen Elizabeth offers
the best sightseeing, if you are lucky enough, you may find
lions hunting or feeding. After the game drive come back for
lunch, relax a bit while preparing for the afternoon boat
trip on the Kazinga Channel .The two game drives and the boat
trip are memorable ways of discovering a vast array of Uganda
wildlife.
DAY 7 : Drive through Kigezi Highlands called the Switzerland
of Africa with its terraced hillside and winding roads. Lunch
in Kabale, dinner and over night back at your lodge.
DAY
8 : 08:30AM Begin the walk as per confirmed itinerary.
Bwindi impenetrable or mgahinga national park, park de volcano
in Rwanda also offers excellent gorilla trekking. Gorillas
are shy animals and it is an unforgettable experience to watch
and photograph them as they interact. Dinner and over night
at your lodge full board.
DAY
9 : 10:00AM Drive back through kigezi high lands stop
over at lake Bunyonyi relax a bit,
You may decide to have a night here since the place has a
lot of geography to look at. .The area is surrounded by terraced
hills, enjoy swimming as the lake is free from bilharzias,
sun bathing, hilly walks or mountain bike and craw fishing
are all not to miss. Lunch, dinner and over night at your
lodge full board.
DAY
10 : Having finished your break fast transfer to Lake
Mburo National Park for the evening game drive before proceeding
to your lodge either Mantana Luxury Camp or Rwonyo Camp.
DAY
11 : 07:00AM Morning game drive or nature walk under the
escort of an armed ranger .The kopjes are particularly interesting
and camouflage klipspringers. Then topside to the cattle herding
area where it is amusing to see Zebra grazing along side the
long horned Ankole cattle. Enjoy the boat ride on Lake Mburo
and get quite close to the crocodiles and hippos .In this
park, you may spot at the rare Eland. Mburo is also home to
impalas. You may decide to stay for another night or drive
to Kampala depending on departure time.
